摘要
以甲基纤维素、壳聚糖及海藻酸钠作为复合壁材,采用喷雾干燥法制备了茶树精油微胶囊,确定最佳的喷雾干燥条件为:进风温度220℃,通针为2 s/次,蠕动泵55r/h.以精油含量为指标,采用正交实验法获得微胶囊的最佳制备条件为:甲基纤维素0.6 g/100 m L H2O,茶树精油0.4 m L,壳聚糖0.6 g/50 m L H2O,海藻酸钠3 g/50 m LH2O,含油率为13.4%,该工艺条件所得的精油微胶囊重现性好.其茶树油微胶囊呈球形,表面光滑,颗粒较均匀,对精油具有较好的缓释效果,它在空气中存放2周后,其粒径有所增加,且其表面出现细小裂纹.
In the report, methylcellulose, chitosan, and alginate were used as the wall materials and the spray drying method was performed to prepare the tea tree oil mierocapsules. The optimized spray drying conditions were as follows: air inlet temperature 210℃, needling frequency 2s, pump flow rate 55r/h. The orthogonal experiments were performed to obtain the best preparation conditions, which were as follows : methyl cellulose 0.6g in 100mL H2O, 0. 4mL tea tree oil, chitosan 0.6g in 50mL H2O, alginate 3g in 50mL H2O, and the highest oil content of microcapsules, 13.4%. The reproducibility of this technology was good. The microcapsules were spherical, and with smooth surface and relatively even diameters. Tea tree oil could be delayed released in the mierocapsules. After being stored under room temperature in air for two weeks, small cracks appeared on the surface of the microcapsules and the diameter increased a little.
