摘要
为进一步挖掘油气集输系统节能潜力,提高油田综合经济效益,联合站系统应用低温集输处理技术,突破采出液进站温度高于原油凝固点3~5℃的技术界限,使集输处理温度比常规加热工艺降低8~10℃,集输吨油自耗气降低20%以上;同时,通过对现有的含油污水处理工艺进行必要的改造,提高除油设备的处理效率,以适应低温处理的需要,满足油田开发注水水质要求。
In order to dig the energy-saving potential of oil and gas gathering system, increase the comprehensive economic benefits of oilfield, the low temperature gathering processing technology has been used in multi- purpose station system. Broken through has been the technical limitation, which the produced liquid temperature is 3~5 ℃ higher than the solidifying point of crude oil. The gathering processing temperature is 8~10 ℃ lower than the conventional heating technology. Thus the gas- self- consumption could decrease more than 20% during gathering 1 ton of oil. Meantime, the processing efficiency of the oil/water separator can be increased by reconstructing the existing oily wastewater treating process. In this way the facilities can accommodate the low temperature processing technique demands and meet the requirements of water-injecting quality.
