摘要
在油田开采过程中,针对抽油机井能耗高,电能浪费严重的问题,对不同抽油机及控制箱设备进行组合测试,并对各组合的效果进行定量评价,优选抽油机与节能控制箱的最佳配合,以实现降低能耗的目的。节能型控制箱的综合节电率随原装电动机有功功率利用率的增加而下降,针对功率利用率在30%以内的抽油机控制箱进行节能改造节电效果好,而当原装机的有功功率利用率高于30%时,各类控制箱的节电率在5%左右,这时进行控制箱改造增加投资是不经济的。该研究为抽油机井新井投产、措施井改造、节能优化,进一步降低油井能耗提供依据。
Based on high energy-consumption and serious electric-wasting during oilfield developing, conducted is the combination test for different oil pumping units and energy- saving control cabinets, and evaluated are the energy- saving effects in this paper. The energy- saving & consumption- reducing can be realized by optimizing the match of both oil pumping units and energysaving control cabinets. According to the analysis, the power- saving rate of energy- saving control cabinets can been reduced with an increasing of active power utilization rate of original motor.The better power- saving effects can be obtained by energy- saving reconstructing for control cabinet, which the active power utilization rate is within 30%. When the active power utilization rate of original motor is more than 30% and the power-saving rate of various control cabinet is closer or less than 5%, it is not economic to increase the investment for control cabinet energy- saving- reconstructing. Provided can be the basis by this research for new well production, improved well reconstructing,energy-saving optimizing and further reducing energy-consumption of oil well.
