摘要
针对XJ70DB电动修井机在油气井井场作业时受变压器容量影响及能量浪费的问题,研发了电动修井机储能供电装置,电动修井机在下放作业和装卸被吊物时可利用电网电能给储能供电装置补充能量,从而达到在提升负载过程中为变频器直流母线提供电能的目的。储能供电装置采用超级电容组为电能储存单元,采用智能控制单元对充放电过程进行控制和监视,是电动修井机在供电容量不足条件下理想的能量补充单元。
The motor power for electric- driving workover rig was limited by well site transformer capacity, and the operation efficiency can be affected. Meanwhile, during the hook of electricdriving workover rig was descending and decelerating, the power regenerated by motor can not be recycled. Aiming at these problems, developed is the energy- storage & power- supplying device for electric-driving workover rig. This device can store the energy from the grid and regenerated by the motor, and compensate the power for the inverter direct current bus when the electric- driving workover rig lifts load. The super capacitor group will be used as an energy storage unit in the energy- storage & power- supplying device of electric- driving workover rig and can be controlled and monitored by using an intelligent control unit. It has a reliable performance and is energy- saving& environment-protecting.
