太阳能热电一体化技术在偏远单井的应用

摘要 西北油田分公司塔河油田地处沙漠戈壁地区,日照时间长,太阳能利用潜能巨大,该区域偏远单井电缆、燃气管线等配套建设成本高。因此,在偏远单井引进了太阳能热电一体化技术,该技术是对太阳能发电和太阳能加热原油技术的综合利用,以解决单井用电及原油加热问题。现场应用表明,4—10月期间采用太阳能热电一体化技术,11月至次年3月在采用太阳能热电一体化技术基础上,适量补充柴油发电和伴生气加热原油2部分能量,可满足井场用电和原油加热的用能需求。该应用每年可节约运行成本34.1万元,减少CO_2排放24.31 t,具有较好的经济效益和环境效益。 Sinopec Northwest Oilfield Branch Tahe oilfield is located in desert and gobi areas.Those areas with huge potential of solar energy utilization have long- time sunshine. Single- well cables, gas pipelines and other ground supporting construction costs are higher. Hence, solar heating and power-generating integration technology was imported to solve the electricity-using of oil well and heating of crude oil. This technology contained the solar heating and power-generating.Field application showed that solar heating and power- generating integration technology could meet the demands of electricity-using of oil well and heating of crude oil from April to October. On the basis of using the solar power-generating, the demands on electricity-using of oil wells and heating of crude oil can be met through replenishing properly diesel power- generating and heating oil by gas from November to next March. 34.1×10~4 Yuan/a running cost can be saved and 24.31×10~4t/a CO_2 can be reduced by using this technology. The environmental benefits of the technology are greater.
