摘要
中小学教师资格考试制度是严格教师资质、提升教师素质的积极探索。从反映教师培养过程的《教师教育课程标准》进行审视,现行的中小学教师资格考试制度在教师培养理念、考试内容等方面与"课程标准"存在一定的冲突,很有必要进行调和。应授予部分师范院校和师范专业一定权限的考试自主权,实行强制性教师教育,提高考试难度,完善报考对象的条件,建立严格的考后教学实习制度以及建立"导师制",有利于促进中小学教师资格考试制度的有效实施。
Effective primary and secondary teacher qualification examination system is the guarantee of qualified teachers .But there is a certain conflict between the current primary and secondary teacher qualification examination system and the teacher education curriculum standards in such aspects as the idea of teacher training and the content of the exam from the opinion of the teacher education curriculum standards which reflect the process of teachers training, so it's necessary to reconcile .The author thought that giving certain test autonomy to a part of normal universities and teacher major, adopting compulsory teacher education, raising the difficulty of the examination,improving the condition of candidates,establishing strict post-test teaching practice system and establishing tutorial system are effective ways to promote the implementation of the primary and secondary teacher qualification examination system.
