摘要 目的以骨科护士临床病情观察能力培训为切入点,将问题为导向学习联合工作坊教学模式运用在实际培训中,提高骨科护士临床工作中对常见危重症病情观察及处置的能力。方法由5~6人组成工作坊教学小组,由一名护士长或主管教学的副护士长负责主题选定、教案编写、理论授课、情景演示。小组成员全程参与教学准备、实践和反馈的全过程,3个阶段均以PBL-Workshop模式进行。结果与结论 PBL-Workshop模式进行临床病情观察的培训中,通过问题引导学生在学习的过程中建立有效的临床护理思维,实现知识构建、能力发展;增加培训形式的新颖性、培训内容的实用性、培训过程的趣味性,解决临床病情观察中对理论联系实际关键问题的忽视,效果良好。 Objective Taking the clinical observation of nurses in the Department of orthopedics training as a breakthrough point, PBL- Workshop pattern was applied in practical training to improve the clinical observation and treatment ability of nurses in department of orthopedics with regard to common serious diseases. Methods Teaching groups which contain 5 -6 members was formed. The head nurse (or the deputy head nurse who is in charge of reading as well) was responsible for picking theme, confirming teaching plan, teaching theory, and situa- tional demonstration. All Team members took part in the process of teaching preparation, practice and feedback, which are based on PBL- Workshop model. Results and Conclusion Effective clinical nursing thinking of students was constructed during PBL- workshop pattern training, and knowledge construction and ability development were realized. PBL - workshop pattern made the training more original, practicable and interesting. This kind of training also reduces neglection of problems which combining theory and parctice during observation of clinical state of illness.
