临床技能竞赛对军医学员眼科实践培训的启示

目前许多军队教学医院承担着军医学员临床实习及规范化培训的任务。眼科专业特点导致军医学员在眼科临床实践中存在一定程度主动性不强。加之传统的教学模式已逐渐不适应我国当前的医疗体制和医学教学需求,而临床技能竞赛成为培养医学生临床实践能力的新途径和新方法。本院眼科自2012年即采用传统眼科教学与临床技能竞赛教学相结合的新型教学模式,学员在竞赛中屡获佳绩的同时,临床教学质量得到提高。通过介绍本院以临床技能竞赛为契机逐渐形成的眼科学临床实践培训模式,以期为新形势下对军医学员眼科实习的教学提供借鉴。
