基于信息化管理系统的手术室排班流程改进

目的探讨手术室信息化管理在改善手术室排班流程中的作用。方法比较采用传统纸质通知单和采用电子通知单进行手术室排班的流程,记录指标包括准确率、物品准备情况、手术排班错误率、接收时间。随机对外科医师发放带有问题的问卷表以评估电子通知单的满意程度。结果手术室电子通知单明显优于传统纸质通知单,差异有统计学意义。外科医师对电子通知单均为满意或较满意。结论信息化管理显著改进手术排班流程,运用电子手术通知单简化手术通知单的转运流程,提高手术信息的准确性,避免安全隐患,确保手术患者的安全,同时提高排班效率及手术医师的满意度。

Objective Information Management of the operation room was investigated during the operation schedule. Methods Prospective studies were performed between operation schedule with paper notification and electronic notification. Accuracy, preparation, error and the time of acceptance were recorded and compared. An anonymous mini - questionnaire was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction of surgeons regarding the electronic noti- fication. Results Accuracy, preparation, error and the time of acceptance between operation schedule with paper notification and electronic notification showed significant difference. The majority of the surgeons were satisfied with the electronic notification. The overall evaluation was ranked as excellent or good. Conclusion Information management may greatly facilitate the operation schedule. The electronic notification shortens time and improves accura- cy of operation, ensure patients＇ safety, and improves satisfaction of surgeons.
