摘要
文章以某公立医院为研究对象,结合医疗改革的指导原则,着重对临床科室的科教绩效考核进行研究。为了确保在绩效指标与指标权重选取方面的科学性,作者采用德尓菲法对指标选取进行反复论证,形成最终的某医院临床科室绩效考核体系。
This article took a public hospital in Liaoning province as the research object, and combined with the guiding principles of medical reform to carry the performance appraisal of scientific research and education. De Lovell Philippines method was used to select performance indexes to ensure the scientificity of performance indexes and the weight of aspects of the selection of their weights. The performance evaluation system of clinical department in H hospital was formed finally.
