军队院校科研管理存在的问题

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Scientific Research Administration in Military Colleges

军队院校科研管理工作具有自身的特点,除高校存在的共性问题外,在项目管理体制、研究方式、研究内容和研究团队建设等方面存在自身特殊的问题。通过对这些问题的分析,提出军队院校科研管理工作应健全管理机制、加强科研协作、提高研究的针对性,并加强团队建设。

The administration of scientific research work in military colleges had their own characteristics. There were some special problems in the aspects of projects administration, research methods, research contents and research team building except the common problems existing in colleges and universities. Based on the analyzing of these problems, some possible countermeasures were put forward. Possible measures included improving administrative system, research collaboration, research purposiveness and research team.
