摘要
目的探讨临床护理岗位护士层级配置的方法与成效。方法在完成全院护理岗位梳理、病区分类管理的基础上,选择6个具代表性的病区,按照设定的护士层级配比进行数量及结构优化,收集实施前后护理质量情况、护理不良事件发生例数、护士及医师对护理工作满意度并比较。结果实施后护理质量不同程度提升、护理不良事件发生例数减少,护士工作满意度及医师对护理工作满意度较实施前明显提高。结论合理的护士层级配置有利于提高护理质量,降低护理风险,提升护士及医师对护理职业的认同感。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of nurse level configuration in clinical nursing jobs. Methods On the basis of nursing post carding and ward classification, we selected six representative wards to structure optimize the ratio of nursing staffs. Nursing quality, number of nursing adverse events, nurses' and doctors' satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation. Results The quality of nursing care im- proved, nursing adverse events declined, the nurses' and the doctors' job satisfaction improved after the implemen- tation of nurse level configuration. Conclusion Reasonable nurse level allocation is beneficial for improving nursing quality, reduceing nursing risks, and improving the identity of nursing professions.
