摘要
目的本研究基于护士能级进阶模式,就其培训需求进行现状调查及影响因素分析,旨在对护士分层次培训工作有所助益。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对103名手术室护士调查,通过单因素方差分析和多元回归分析其影响因素,同时通过质性访谈,选取具有代表性的护士进行深度访谈,了解不同能级的护士对于培训的需求、方向、形式等的看法,并探讨不同能级护士的最高培训需求内容。结果手术室护士核心能力培训需求处于较高水平,单因素方差分析和多元回归分析显示,手术室护士能级、起始学历、自评工作胜任情况、接受培训意愿影响手术室护士核心能力培训需求,不同层次护士的最高培训需求不同。结论开展护士分层次培训为护理人才提供了科学的方法,同时有利于护理人力资源的科学管理。
Objective This study carried out cross- sectional investigation and analyzed the influencing factors basing on nurses level of advanced mode, to give advice to nurses training in respective ways. Methods A self - designed questionnaire survey was used to investigate 103 operating room nurses. One - way ANOVA and regression analysis was used to analyze its influencing factors. Through qualitative interviews, a representative of the nurses were selected for in - depth interviews, to understand the requirement, direction and form of training of different levels of nurses, and to explore the highest level of training requirements in different groups. Results The needs of core competency training of operating room nurses are at a high level, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis showed that the level of operating room nurses, initial education, competent self - evaluation, the willingness to gain training were influencing facotrs of the requirements of core competency training. Conclusion The multi -level training provides a scientific method to cultivate nursing personnel, and it is also conducive to the scientific management of nursing human resources.
