Floating Platform Type Design for ACPR50S Small Offshore Nuclear Power Plant

海上浮式平台用于安装海上小型堆,提供必须的工作、生活场所,是整个海上小型堆核电站的基础平台。本文以渤海为海上小型堆核电站的工作海域,根据海上小型堆核电站的基本功能要求,论证海上浮式平台的形式。通过比较各种平台形式的水深适用性、可移动性、运动性能、稳性、安全性等性能,船型平台和圆筒型平台以水深适应性好、可移动性优、环境适应性强、成本低等特点较好地满足了设计要求,在渤海海域工作的海上浮式平台宜采用这两种形式。

Floating platform is the basic platform for the small offshore nuclear power plant at sea and used to install offshore floating reactor and providing a place for necessary living and working needs. This paper demonstrates the most suitable type of floating platform for offshore nuclear power station at Bohai Sea as the operation region, based on basic functional requirements of the nuclear station. The ship type and cylindrical type are proved to be the most appropriate platforms because of adaptability, mobility, suitability, stability and security by comparing the performances of various platforms.
