摘要
海洋平台高压管线一般采用AISI 4130材料以满足使用要求。该类管线焊接难度大,质量要求高。通过对该类管线的焊接性分析和试验论证,制定有效可行的工艺控制措施,包括焊接工艺和热处理工艺。实践证明该工艺完全满足要求,也为该类管线焊接施工积累了宝贵经验。
It is difficult to weld AISI 4130 high pressure piping of offshore platform and high welding quality is required for it. Through analysis of welding ability and test of mechanical property of AISI 4130 piping, this paper stipulates reasonable welding and thermal treatment procedures for it and satisfies the welding requirement.
