摘要 含有非金属材料的产品进行CCC、CQC等相关认证时,往往需要对产品材料进行一致性控制。通过对送检样品和抽样样品的红外光谱(IR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、热失重(TGA)等分析图谱的识别和对比,可以准确判定非金属材料是否保持一致性。目前,图谱比对判定工作只能采取人工方式进行判定,且工作效率较低,不利于大批量工作的开展。本文介绍了一种图谱的计算机自动化比对系统,包括图谱识别算法,比对算法。实践表明本系统具有较高的推广价值。 Products containing non-metallic materials for the related certification such as CCC, CQC, often need to control the consistency of product material. The consistency of product material can accurately be determined through the analysis and contrast of the infrared spectrum (IR), differential scanning curve (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis curve (TGA) from the samples and sampling samples. At present, the graph matching can only take artificial, and the efficiency is low, is not conducive to mass work. This paper introduces an automatic comparison system for graph, including graph recognition algorithm, comparison algorithm. Practices show that the system is of high popularization value.
