摘要
井下主排水泵在矿山安全生产中占有重要地位,以沙溪铜矿井下排水泵系统为例,基于工业以太自愈环网技术,采用PACSystems RX3i及先进的过程控制软件设计了矿山井下主排水监控系统,对井下排水设备自动控制和智能调度,该系统能够进一步提高系统的可靠性和鲁棒性,有效节约能源,降低工作人员劳动强度,促进矿山的生产自动化水平。
The underground main drainage pump plays an important role in mine safety production in Shaxi copper mine, take underground drainage pump system as an example, industrial Ethernet technology based on self-healing ring, the main drainage monitoring system for underground mine design using PACSystems RX3i and advanced process control software for the underground drainage equipment, automatic control and intelligent scheduling. The system further improves the reliability and robustness, effectively saves energy, reduces labor intensity of workers, and promotes the automatic level of production of mine.
