摘要
应用于飞行器的口盖具有非常复杂的双曲率外形,口盖外侧为光滑的变曲率的气动表面,内侧为带有"田"字形的空腔结构用以减轻口盖重量。鉴于零件外形及结构的复杂性,采用先扩散连接(DB),然后预弯热成形,最后进行超塑成形(SPF)的组合工艺方式,对TC4钛合金双层板在热成形机床上进行试验。通过试验,确定了TC4钛合金成形口盖的最佳工艺参数,其成形口盖经过机加修剪,边线与模型基本一致。
The access cover of a certain aircraft is designed with complicated double-curvature profile,the outer side of access cover is smooth aerodynamic surface with changeable curvature and the inner side is 田-shaped hollow cavity structure for access cover lightening. Seeing that complication of profile and structure,the combination technology,i.e. diffusion bonding,prebending hot forming and then superplastic forming,are used and tested on double laminated sheet of TC4 titanium alloy on the hot forming machine. The optimum technical parameters are determined in the test; the edge of formed access cover after it is trimmed by machining is consistent with the model almost.
