摘要
为获取高速磁浮车辆走行机构整体载荷分布规律,基于上海高速磁浮线,对走行机构关键部件,如摆杆、牵引拉杆、悬浮磁铁横向拉杆等进行了多工况动载荷测试.通过数据预处理和统计分析,总结了走行机构关键部件动载荷分布规律,为高速磁浮车辆走行机构载荷文件的编制、走行机构设计、主要承力构件的强度计算以及疲劳载荷的确定提供依据.
In order to obtain the load distribution law of the walking mechanism for high speed maglev vehicle, based on the Shanghai high-speed maglev line,the dynamic load measurement was completed for the key components of the train, including pendulum pole, traction rod lateral connecting rod of suspension magnet and etc. The dynamic load distribution law of the key components was summarized through data processing and statistical analysis. The results of the dynamic load test provide supports for compilation of load documentation, design of walking mechanism, strength calculation of the main bearing components and the confirmation of the fatigue load for high-speed maglev vehicle.
