Simulation of Curve Negotiation Performance for Suspended Monorail Critical Vehicle of Rubber Tires

摘要 建立了一种基于橡胶轮胎和地面耦合系统的悬挂式轨道车辆转向架横向动力学曲线通过模型,并对橡胶轮胎和地面耦合形式的轮对结构进行了横向、摇头运动的动力学分析.通过对车辆动力学矩阵仿真分析,计算车辆构架及轮对通过曲线路段时刻转向架的位移、加速度响应量.仿真计算表明,该种车辆能够稳定地以30.0m/s速度通过小半径曲线路段. Based on the structure of rubber tire and ground coupled system,a lateral dynamic curve negotiation model for a suspended monorail critical vehicle was established, and the transverse motion and the yaw motion of the wheel set structure were analyzed by dynamic simulation. Through the simulation analysis of dynamical matrices for the vehicle, responses of the displacement and acceleration for the vehicle frame and wheel set were calculated. The displacement, acceleration values of the vehicle frame and wheel set were calculated by the vehicle dynamic simulation. The simulation result shows that this type of vehicle can steadily pass a sharp curve section at the speed of 30. 0 m/s.
