摘要
《周易》哲学中蕴含着丰富的构建合理社会政治秩序的思想,同时有着明显的儒家式社会秩序的特质,此一社会秩序的范式可为转型中的中国社会提供一条可通达之路径。《周易》哲学呈现了一条以"各正性命"的方式使得个人的活动与公共社会之建立相贯通的道路,从而让个人的自然本性始终保持在了与天命相通达的境域之中,使成己成德的自新活动有了可能。黑格尔(Hegel)哲学中的"市民社会"是近代西方现代社会的雏形,这一概念同时指示了社会的成立是以个人脱离私人领域而进入公共领域为前提的,公共领域作为一敞开的空间使得公民的活动保持在了平等的规范之中。比较两者的异同可丰富中国当下构建合理社会形态的思想,为建立一个良好的现代社会政治秩序寻找途径。
Zhou Yi's philosophy contains rich construction of social and political order thought, and it also has a distinctly Confucian social order in nature. The paradigm of the social order can provide an access path for the transformation of Chinese society. Zhou Yi's philosophy presents a form of " each positive life " which makes personal activity and the establishment of public social phase that through the road, so that the personal nature remains in communion with destiny of realm, and makes into the source of the self from the new activity which has the possibility. The "civil society" in the Hegel's philosophy is the embryonic form of modem west- em society, which indicates that the establishment of the society is based on the premise and the individual is out of the private sphere, thus the public sphere is an open space. Comparison of the similarities and differ- ences between the two theories can enrich China's current construction of a reasonable social form of thought in order to establish a good social and political order in the modem way.
