摘要
对3个不同群体江鳕矢耳石的形态指标进行统计分析,结果表明江鳕左、右矢耳石的9个测量指标均无显著性差异;单因子方差分析表明3个群体间均有显著性差异的形态指标;逐步判别分析以3个形态指标建立的判别方程,其判别成功率达97.3%,典型判别函数散点图显示3个群体明显分离;主成分分析得出前3个主成分的贡献率分别49.552%、25.679%和12.734%,累积贡献率为87.965%;聚类分析将多布库尔河和布尔津河的江鳕聚为一支,与判别分析的结果一致。因此,耳石形态指标可以作为江鳕群体鉴别的有效工具。
The morphology index for the otolith of burbot（Lota lota）from 3populations was determined with 4statistic methods.The one-way analysis of variance（ANOVA）showed that the left and right otolith of L.lota were similar while those of fish from any two of populations were significantly different.Discriminant analysis revealed that the average discriminant accuracy was 97.3%.Principal component analysis showed that 3principal components contributed 49.552%,25.679%,12.734% of the variation,respectively,and explained as high as 87.965% of the variation in total.Cluster analysis showed that Duobuku＇er River and Burqin River populations merged as a clade while Songye Lake population appeared as a clade.These findings confirmed that the otolith morphology indice may serve as an effective tool of discriminating L.lotapopulations.
