摘要
目的探讨阿司匹林和氯吡格雷抑制血小板聚集的时效。方法 12例健康志愿者口服肠溶阿司匹林100mg/d和氯吡格雷75mg/d 1周后,观察服药前和停药后8d内血小板聚集率(PAR)变化。采用光学血小板聚集仪测定花生四烯酸(AA)诱导的PAR和二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的PAR。结果停药后第1~3天,AA诱导的PAR低于服药前(P〈0.01),第4天恢复至服药前水平(P〉0.05)。停药后第1~7天,ADP诱导的PAR低于服药前(P〈0.01或P〈0.05),第8天恢复至服药前水平(P〉0.05)。结论正常人群口服肠溶阿司匹林和氯吡格雷1周后,AA和ADP诱导的血小板聚集功能分别为停药后第4天和第8天恢复基线水平。
Objective To study the time course of platelet aggregation inhibition after withdrawal of aspirin and clopidogrel.Methods Twelve healthy vounteers had orally taken entericcoated aspirin 100 mg/d and clopidogrel 75 mg/d for one week.Platelet aggregation rate(PAR)was observed before medication and within 8 days after withdrawal of drugs.Optical platelet aggregation instrument was used to detect PAR induced by arachidonic acid(AA)and adenosine diphosphate(ADP).Results The AA-induced PAR on the 1st to 3rd day after withdrawal of drugs was lower than that before medication(P〈0.01),which returned to the level of before medication on the 4th day.The ADP-induced PAR on the 1st to 7th day after withdrawal of drugs was lower than that before medication(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05),which returned to the level of before medication on the 8th day.Conclusion After withdrawal of aspirin 100 mg/d and clopidogre 75 mg/d taking for 7 days,the PAR induced by AA and ADP returns to the baseline on the 4th day and 8th day,respectively.
