南京市梅山社区老年人脂肪肝患病趋势及其相关危险因素

Prevalence and risk factors of fatty liver in the elderly of Nanjing Meishan community

目的探讨南京市梅山社区老年人脂肪肝患病趋势及其相关危险因素。方法回顾性分析上海梅山医院体检中心2870例梅山社区老年居民体检信息;根据性别、年龄、体重指数(BMI)、实验室检查及腹部超声检查结果,分析脂肪肝患病情况及其相关危险因素。结果脂肪肝发病率为32.09%;其中,男性发病率为32.46%,女性为31.13%。Logistic回归分析显示,性别、血压和空腹血糖是老年人脂肪肝患病的危险因素。结论南京市梅山社区老年人脂肪肝患病率较高,需要改善不良生活习惯,建议采取积极干预措施。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of fatty liver in the elderly of Nanjing Meishan community.Methods The data of health examination of 2870 elderly people were retrospectively analyzed.The prevalence and risk factors of fatty liver were analyzed according to age,gender,body mass index（BMI）,laboratory tests and abdominal ultrasound examination.Results The total prevalence of fatty liver in the elderly was 32.09%,which was 32.46% for male and 31.13% for female.Logistic multivariant regression analysis indicated that the gender,blood pressure and fasting blood glucose were the risk factors for fatty liver in the elderly.Conclusion The prevalence of fatty liver in the elderly of Nanjing Meishan community is higher.Bad living habits need to be improved and taking positive interventions is suggested in the elderly with fatty liver.
