雷米芬太尼复合小剂量氯胺酮在全身麻醉剖宫产术的应用 被引量：8

摘要 剖宫产术通常选用椎管内麻醉,但一些产妇存在椎管内麻醉的禁忌证,需采取气管插管全身麻醉（全麻）。雷米芬太尼为新型短效麻醉性镇痛药,代谢迅速,其消除受年龄、性别和体重的影响不大,甚至不依赖于肝、肾功能[1]。氯胺酮是一种具有镇静、镇痛和麻醉作用的静脉麻醉药,小剂量静脉注射即可产生强效的镇痛作用。
