高锰钢中ε-马氏体的定量相分析

摘要 采用X射线衍射方法对高锰钢中的物相进行研究。结果表明,高锰钢中有γ-Fe、ε-Fe和α-Fe三种物相,选取ε(102)和ε(103)晶面计算ε-Fe的晶格常数,a=b=2.530 5,c=4.085 1 。采用Rietveld法对三种物相进行定量计算,ε-Fe、γ-Fe和α-Fe的体积分数分别为62.4%、36.2%和1.4%,评判因子R_(wp)为4.72%,计算结果准确可信。Rietveld法为高锰钢中ε-马氏体的定量相分析提供了一种准确快捷的方法。 The phases in the high manganese steel were studied by X-ray diffraction. The results indicated that there were three phases, which were γ-Fe, ε-Fe and α-Fe. The lattice constant values of ε-Fe were a = b =2. 530 5 A,c =4. 085 1 A, which were calculated by choosing planes of (102) and ε( 103 ) in the ε- Fe phase. The volume ratio values of ε- Fe, γ- Fe and α- Fe were 62.4% , 36.2% and 1.4% , respectively, which were calculated by the Rietveld method. The Rwp factor was 4.72% and the results were reliable and precise. So the Rietveld refinement method is a precise and fast method to determine the volume ratio of ε-Fe in the high manganese steel.
