摘要
学术界对群体地位与群际偏好之关系的争议由来已久,观点分歧主要基于社会认同理论或系统公正理论的不同解读。文章以广东省一所中职学校为个案,证实社会认同理论更适用于解释低地位群体的群际偏好差异,并在此基础上提出"自证预言"效应的观点,以回应两大理论学派尚未达成共识之处。未来研究可尝试关注群体心理现象的社会结构根源,进一步探讨制度与权力对群体意识的影响。
There's been a long academic controversy over the relationship between group status and intergroup preference. The differences are mainly based on the interpretations of social identity theory or system justice theory. Taking a vocational school in Guangdong province as an example, this article proved that social identity theory is more applicable to the interpretation of intergroup preference differences of low social status groups, and proposed "self-fulfilling prophecy" in response to the controversy between two major theoretical schools. In the future research, the social structural roots of psychological phenomena are expected to be focused to explore the impact of the system and power.
