摘要
总结41例经口内镜下肌切开术治疗贲门失弛缓症的护理体会。主要护理措施包括:术前患者及家属的心理护理,术后严密观察患者病情变化,指导患者保持正确体位,观察患者疼痛的部位、性质,指导患者合理进食,出血、皮下气肿和感染等相关并发症的观察及处理。认为术后的系统护理是手术取得成功的重要保障。
To summarizing the experience of nursing for 41 patients with achalasia of cardia treated by POEM. The main nursing measures including: psychological nursing before the operation for patients and family members, observing the change of illness closely after the operation, helping patients on the proper position, observing the location and character of pain, directing the reasonable diet for patients, observing and dealing with the complication including bleeding, infection and aerodermectasia. The systematic nursing is the important safeguard for the POEM.
