摘要
目的探讨糖基化白蛋白(GA)和超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)在2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的作用。方法选择284例糖尿病患者行冠状动脉(冠脉)造影检查,其中211例为糖尿病合并冠心病且至少1支血管狭窄≥70%组,选择73例单纯糖尿病患者作为对照组,比较2组患者GA及Hs-CRP的变化水平。结果糖尿病合并冠心病组GA和Hs-CRP显著升高[GA为(21.23±0.35)%与(18.94±0.49)%,Hs-CRP为(17.30±1.02)mmol/L与(8.57±0.90)mmol/L](P<0.05);随冠脉病变血管支数增加,GA显著增高,Hs-CRP无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 GA和Hs-CRP在糖尿病合并冠心病患者发病中具有重要作用。
Objective To explore the influence of glycated albumin (GA) and high- sensitivity C -reactive protein(HsCRP) levels on patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 284 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary angiography (CAM) were included in the study ,211 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease which at least one vascular stenosis ≥ 70% as experimental group ( Group I) ,and 73 patients with pure diabetes were served as a control group ( Group II). The changes of the levels of glycated albumin and C - reactive protein in the 2 groups was compared. Serum levels of Serum GA levels were determined with an improved bromocresol purple method, and HsCRP was determined using high - sensitivity ELISA. Results GA and HsCRP levels were significantly higher in Group I than the control group. GA: (21. 23 ± 0. 35) % vs. (18. 94 ± 0. 49)% and HsCRP: ( 17.30 ± 1.02 ) mmol/L vs. ( 8.57 ± 0.90) mmol/L ( P 〈 0.05 ). GA was significantly increased with the number increases of coronary arteries (P 〉 0.05), but was not related to HsCRP level. Conclusion GA and HsCRP may play an important role in the development of coronary heart disease in patients with type 2 diabetes.
