摘要 聚合物挤出加工能有效地将聚合物熔融和机械混合的优势结合在一起,是制备高性能聚合物材料的重要手段。然而,挤出机复杂的几何结构和瞬态流动特征导致了挤出加工过程中的流动和混合非常复杂。因此,为了理解挤出加工过程,开发实时的在线检测技术尤为重要。文中从聚合物熔体的流动、混合和反应等角度综述了近些年来聚合物挤出加工过程中各种在线检测技术,并对这一领域的技术发展进行了展望。 Polymer extrusion processing combining advantages of polymer melting and blending is one of most important approach for preparation high performance polymer materials. However,the flow and mixing in the extrusion processing is very complex due to complicate geometric structures of extruder and transient flow characteristics. Therefore,in order to understand the process of polymer extrusion,it is particularly vital to develop in-line monitoring technologies.The objective of this review is to provide an overview and evaluation of the available in-line monitoring techniques on flow,blending,and reaction in the extrusion processing in recent years.
