对发展煤化工产业的几点思考

Thoughts on Coal Chemical Industry Development

本文从经济性和战略性的角度综合分析了发展煤化工,尤其是发展煤制油的必要性,论述了低阶煤合理利用的重要性和优越性。本文同时指出在大力发展核电、太阳能等新能源的同时,也要注意其将来有可能出现的弊端。本文提议国家应给予化石能源清洁高效综合利用合理的政策和经济支持。

This study analyses the need of developing coal industry, especially the coal to oil industry according to the economy and energy strategy; it points out the necessity of the rational using of low-rank coal. This study points out that we should pay attention to the potential disadvantage when developing the new energy like nuclear energy and solar energy. It is suggested that the government should provide essential support of policy and economy to the ＂clean and efficient comprehensive utilization＂ of fossil energy.
