为开发生物质纤维素纤维混纺床上用品仿毛面料,充分发挥不同的生物质纤维素纤维的舒适、环保等特点及性能互补优势,选用麻赛尔(Jutecell)、莫代尔(Modal)及棉纤维为原料,以麻赛尔/莫代尔/棉(40/35/25)的混纺比混纺成11.8 dtex的经、纬纱用纱,经过合理的织物规格与工艺设计,在纺纱、整经、浆纱、织造及后整理等生产工序采取相应的技术措施,使产品呢面细腻丰满、尺寸稳定、触感舒适、抑菌防霉、吸湿快干、生态环保,性能达到最佳,生产出高档仿毛床上用品面料。

The blended ratio is Jutecell/ Modal/cotton 40/35/25. In order to obtain better performance, such as exquisite fullness, dimensional stability, feel comfortable, antibacterial mouldproof, hydroscopic and fast dry, ecological environmental protection, by adopting reasonable fabric specification and process design, and the corresponding technical measures are taken in the main production processes such as spinning, warping, sizing, weaving and finishing, etc.
