摘要
采用中性蛋白酶对羊绒纤维进行预处理,然后用活性染料兰纳素红2B对其进行染色,分析染色工艺中蛋白酶用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对羊绒纤维上染百分率和K/S值的影响。对比未经处理和经处理的羊绒纤维的上染百分率和K/S值,结果表明:羊绒纤维经过蛋白酶处理后,其上染百分率和K/S值均得到提高;在一定范围内提高预处理液中蛋白酶用量也可以提高染料的上染百分率和K/S值;浴比为1∶20,蛋白酶用量2%(owf)时,处理时间控制在45 min左右,处理温度为50℃时能达到较好处理效果。
In this paper,neutral protease was used to pretreat cashmere fiber, then with reactive dyes Lansol 2B red staining. It analyzed dyeing protease dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time and other factors on dye uptake and K/S values of cashmere fibers, compared the dye uptake and K/S value between untreated and treated cashmere fibers. The results showed that:after protease treatment, the dye uptake and K/S values were improved. Within a certain range, enhaneeing protease pretreatment solution can also increase the dye uptake and the K/S values. Bath ratio of 1 : 20, protease 2% (owf) , the reaction time control in about 45 rain, the reaction temperature was at 50 ℃ , which can achieve a better treatment effect.
