摘要
研究从木芙蓉茎皮中提取天然植物果胶,将制得的果胶用于针织羊绒面料的整理,并研究面料整理前后的性能差异。结果表明:木芙蓉茎皮以酒石酸稀释液作为提取液,在p H值2,提取时间90 min,料液比1∶30工艺条件下,果胶得率可达13.24%,硫酸和盐酸也可作为提取试剂,但果胶得率不如酒石酸。针织羊绒织物经木芙蓉果胶整理后,抗菌性能及防紫外性能得到显著提升,采用质量分数为7.5%木芙蓉果胶溶液整理后,面料对于波长小于290 nm的紫外光透过率趋于零,UPF值达到43,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率可达到94.571%
The paper studied on the extraction of natural plant pectin from the cotton rose. The pectin was used to finishing the knitted cashmere fabric, and then the difference in the performance of the fabrics was studied. The results showed that the tartaric acid was the idealextraction reagent, the best process was pH value 2,extraction time 90 min, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 30, the pectin acquisition rate could reached 13.24%. The hydrochloric acid and the sulphuric acid also could be used as extraction reagent, but the extraction effects was not so good. After the finishing process, the anti UV performance and the antibacterial properties were raised. After treated with 7.5% of cotton rose pectin, the knitted cashmere fabric could not penetrant the light wave below 290 nm, the UPF value reached 43, and the antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus can reached 94. 571%.
