涤/麻交织汽车座套面料的拒水拒油整理工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用含氟整理剂DM-3668对涤/麻汽车座套织物进行拒水拒油整理的研究,通过正交试验得出对于含氟整理剂DM-3668刚整理完的织物,影响其接触角及拒油性的最主要因素是DM-3668的质量浓度,而对于干洗后的织物而言,影响其接触角及拒油性的最主要因素是交联剂的质量浓度;并得到最优工艺条件为:DM-3668质量浓度40 g/L,复配交联剂质量浓度5 g/L,焙烘温度160℃。同时,对整理后的织物进行耐摩擦测试,发现其拒水拒油效果依然良好。 In this paper, fluorine-containing finishing agent DM-3668 used on polyester/flax car seat cover fabric water-and oil-repellent finishing was studied. By the orthogonal experiment, for fabric finished by fluorine-containing agent DM-3668, most important factor of influence the contact angle and the water and oil repellent is concentration of DM-3668. For fabric after dry cleaning, most important factor of influence the contact angle and the water and oil repellent is concentration of crosslinking agent. And the optimal process is: DM-3668 40 g/L, the mixed crosslinking agent 5 g/L, curing at 160 ℃. At the same time, after finishing the fabric for rubbing test, its water and oil repellent effect is still well.
