研究了一种毛用的蛋白类浆料的合成,达到合成一种毛用节能环保浆料的目的。采用明胶为主体,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为乳化剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,接枝丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯和乙酸乙烯酯,合成一种毛纱用的明胶蛋白类浆料。通过单因素分析实验,优化的合成工艺为,明胶与丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯、乙酸乙烯酯的质量比是5∶3∶1∶1,乳化剂用量为单体总量的2.5%,引发剂用量为单体总量的1%,合成温度80℃,合成时间3 h。将此浆料用于毛纱上浆能使毛羽降低率达到80%,耐磨提高率达到30%。
