Study on supply chain reconfiguration of textile industry in Shaoxing under the background of new normal

在中国经济发展进入新常态的背景下,过长的供应链已经不能适应纺织产业的发展,迫切需要重构。文章在对绍兴纺织产业供应链现状分析的基础上,提出新常态下绍兴纺织产业供应链重构的目标,并建立战略性合作联盟,克服牛鞭效应;创新驱动,优化原材料和辅料结构;提升信息化管理水平,有效降低库存成本;加强品牌营销创新,增强供应链核心竞争力等4个方面提出纺织产业供应链重构的具体路径。这些建议的实施,将有助于我国纺织产业健康、可持续发展。

Under the background of China＇s economy has entered a period of new normal, the long supply chain has been unable to meet with the development of the texture industry, and supply chain reconfiguration is becoming urgent. In this paper, the status of supply chain of Shaoxing textile industry were analyzed deeply, and the reconstruction goals were given under new normal. From four aspects, the specific paths of supply chain reconfiguration for Shaoxing textile industry were suggested： a strategic alliance should be established to overcome the bullwhip effect. By innovation-driven, structures of raw materials and auxiliary will be optimized. The level of information management will be enhanced in order to reduce inventory costs. In order to enhance the core competitiveness of the supply chain, brand marketing innovation should be strengthen. These methods will be helpful for the health and the sustainable development of textile industry.
