摘要
我国住宅工业化生产还处于发展阶段,许多地方有待改善,例如部件标准化问题,构配件碰撞问题,各参与方项目信息不协调现象,由此可见对住宅产业化发展的改善即产业化升级是我国住宅建筑发展的必然要求。本文介绍了将BIM技术应用于我国住宅产业化中,并结合具体案例对其进行可行性分析。对推动我国住宅产业化进一步的发展具有积极意义。
Our country housing industrialization production is still in the development stage, many places need to be improved, such as the standardization of components, professional collision is not coordinated, the industry project information is not compatible, thus the tion industry,also known as the construction industry's industrial up further development of the construcgrading , is the only way to optimize the development of the construction industry. This paper introduces and analyzes the application of BIM technology in the housing industry. The result has a positive meaning to promote the development of the housing industry.
