牛仔服饰的包容性使150多年的牛仔文化经久不衰,印花与牛仔服装的结合出现了70多年,如今演变成风格百变、标新立异的牛仔风貌。文章介绍了牛仔服装印花工艺的分类、特点及发展趋势,如传统印花工艺有手工、手绘、拓印、拔染印花、涂料罩印、转移印花、植绒、烂花印花等;现代牛仔印花工艺有数码印花、激光镭射雕花等。这些丰富的印花手法与牛仔服饰的结合,在经典与现代的相互融合下赋予了百年牛仔新的视觉盛宴和流行主题。
Inclusiveness of jeans wear makes jeans culture last for more than 150 years and painted design has been combined with jeans wear for more than 70 years. Currently, it is evolved into unconventional jeans image of variable styles. This paper introduced classification, features and developing trend of printing process of jeans wear. For example, traditional processes include Mock-printing, hand painting, rubbing, discharge printing, coat overprinting, transfer calendar, flocking and burnt-out printing and modern processes include digital printing and laser carving. The combination of these printing processes with jeans wear offers new visual feast and popular theme for jeans wear of 100 years under mutual integration of the classic with thc modem.
