摘要
本文提出染整行业碱回收低碳节能热力流程,建立优化的换热网络,充分利用蒸汽的能量,回收末效蒸发器及分离器尾汽低品位能量,达到节能、减少冷却水消耗和增产的目的。
An energy-efficient thermal process was introduced for alkali recovery system in dyeing and finishing industry, and then the heat exchange network was opthlaized. Low grade steam from the last effect evaporator and separator was recovered to make full use of energy, in order to reduce the consumption of cooling water and increase the production.
