摘要
本文研究了圆形、3/4圆形、C形截面的PBT长丝对PBT/PET交织面料弹性伸长的影响。交织织物采用经绒平组织,前梳为50 D/24 f PET长丝,后梳为50 D/24 f PBT长丝。为了比较3种截面PBT长丝交织织物的定负荷拉伸伸长,机上牵拉密度设置为16、18、20、22、24、26线圈/cm,不同种类的PBT织物在相同牵拉密度下的送经量保持一致。研究结果显示,圆形截面PBT长丝交织织物的横纵向定负荷拉伸伸长较大,在机上密度为20线圈/cm时分别达到112.32和115.88 mm;C形截面PBT长丝在30%定伸长、3次拉伸后的定伸长回复率最高,横纵向分别达到89.35%和84.52%。
This paper studied the effect of different cross section of PBT filament (round shape, 3/4 round shape and C-shape) on the elasticity of PBT/PET warp knitted fabric. The knitting structure is Iocknit. The fi'ont bar is threaded with 50 D/24 fPET filament, while the back bar is threaded with 50 D/24 f PBT filament. In order to compare the elastic elongation tinder 100 N tension, the drawing density was controlled at 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 loop/cm respectively. For different cross-sectioned PBT filament under same drawing density, the yarn feeding speed is the same. The results show that the fabric made of round-shaped filament had better elongation. Besides, the fabric made of C-shaped filament had the best elastic recovery.
