摘要
基于白车身有限元模型,分析了白车身的自由模态,得到了一阶弯扭模态;研究各钣金件厚度对弯扭模态的贡献量,找出了影响较大的钣金件。根据分析结果确定了优化方案,在保证弯扭模态不降低的情况下减重26.4 kg,为车身的轻量化设计提供明确的方向。
Base on a MPV, the finite element model of the BIW is established, the first order torsion and bend mode is got through the free modal analysis of the BIW; The contribution of the shell to the first order torsion and bend mode is studied, and the more important component was found. The solution was found base on the results, the weight of BIW has been reduced 26.4 kg, offering a certain direction to the light weight design of BIW.
