摘要
通过对汽车空调系统噪声根源的分析,用实验的手段得出了铝壳小孔喷射消音器在整车空调系统下对压缩机降噪的显著效果。针对膨胀阀出口处存在的各种噪声情况,分析了这些噪声产生的根本原因,从膨胀阀的内部结构入手,通过增加阻尼、减小钢球直径、改用单顶针、改变容量等内部结构的调整遏制了噪声的产生。
By analysis of automobile noise source, muffler with small hole injection have remarkable result to de-noising. According to expansion valve exit having various noise, this paper analysis source about various noise, start from interior structure, de-noising by this means of increasing damping, steel ball diameter reduction, using single thimble, changing volume.
