The construction of learning style is the basis of high-quality talents＇ cultivation. The learning style construction of junior students is the key for the learning style construction of all the colleges and universities. This essay analyzes the current problems of the learning style construction of junior students by investigating junior students of college A. And it also studies the effective employmentoriented approaches to promoting the learning style construction of junior students in colleges and universities.
