Objective To explore methods for quality monitoring of medical process. Method By analyzing the quality management of medical process, the implementation procedures were proposed, including process arrangement, data collection, quality monitoring, statistical analysis, and final report. Result The quality of medical process was improved effectively. Conclusion The process quality should be decided with combination of business flow.
