患者安全培训项目现状分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Patient Safety Training Project

目的分析我国开展患者安全培训的现状,为患者安全培训持续发展提供参考。方法以患者安全和培训、课程、项目、教育等为组合关键词,以中国知网为检索源进行文献检索,经筛选共得到相关文献24篇,从发表时间、发布地区、文献类型等方面进行统计分析。结果与患者安全培训发展较成熟的国家相比,我国患者安全培训研究存在培训对象模糊、培训方式单一等问题。结论我国患者安全培训应拓展研究深度,拓宽培训对象范围,丰富培训手段,加强实践研究等。

Objective To analyze the current situation of patient safety training in China, and provide reference for the sustainable development of patient safety training. Method Using patient safety, training, course, project and education as a combination of keywords to retrieve literatures from China Knowledge Network, 24 studies were retrieved and analyzed from aspects of publication time, publishing areas, and literature types, etc. Result Compared with the countries with mature development of patient safety training, there were problems in patient safety training in China including undefined training objects, simple training approach, etc. Conclusion Patient safety training in China should expand the depth of research, expand training objects, rich training approaches, and enhance practice research.
