摘要
通过开展品管圈活动,将心脏手术患者术中受压部位皮肤压红发生率由53.2%降低到15.6%,达到了活动目标,有效地降低了患者术中受压部位皮肤压红发生率,降低了手术压疮发生率,提高了护理质量,达到了质量持续改进的目的。
The quality control circle (QCC) management activity was conducted to reduce the incidence of pressured red skin from 53.2% to 15.3% in patients with cardiac surgery, which reached the target. It effectively decreased the incidence of pressured red skin in patients with cardiac surgery, decreased the incidence of pressure skin ulcer after surgery, improved the medical and nursing quality, which achieved continuous quality improvement.
