摘要
输血不良事件作为影响输血疗效的因素始终存在。围绕输血质量,跟踪输血链各环节,建立统一的血液预警机制势在必行。阐述了血液预警机制建立的宏观策略、具体措施以及机制建立后的数据收集、培训等内容。认为血液预警数据也是全面质量管理的重要依据。
Adverse events of blood transfusion are existed as a factor influencing blood transfusion effect. Based on the blood transfusion quality, following the links of blood transfusion, it is necessary to establish unified blood early - warning mechanism. The study discussed the macroscopic strategy and measures on establishment of blood early - warning mechanism, and data collection and training after the establishment. The blood early - warning data is also an effective evidence for total quality control.
