四川省城市患者就医行为现状调查及对策分析

Investigation and Countermeasures of Medical Behavior of Urban Patients in Sichuan Province

目的对四川省城市患者的就医行为进行调查,为城市医疗机构制定经营策略提供参考。方法采用随机抽样的方法,在成都市、宜宾市、遂宁市3个城市的中心城区分别抽取三级综合医院、二级综合医院、社区卫生服务中心、社区卫生服务站、诊所各1家,抽取门诊和住院患者共801名进行问卷调查。结果患者对不同等级医疗机构的关注程度不同,选择三级医院是因为技术高和设备好,选择二级医院是因为定点单位,选择社区卫生服务中心/站和私人诊所因为距离近、态度好和有信赖医生。结论各级医疗机构应重视技术、设备、服务和价格等方面的问题,并结合自身实际制定策略,改善诊疗服务质量,提升患者的就医依从性。

Objective To investigate medical behavior of urban patients in Sichuan and provide reference for developing management strategies for medical institutions in urban area. Method The random sampling method was used to randomly select each one of three - level general hospitals, two - level general hospitals, community health centers, community health service stations, and clinics in each of the central cities of Chengdu, Yibin, and Suining City with total 801 outpatients or inpatients for questionnaire survey. Result Patients concerned about the different levels of hospitals with different degrees. Three - level hospital was selected because of high technology and good equipment, two - level hospital was selected for contract unit, community health center, station and private clinic were＇ selected for short distance, good attitude and trusted doctors. Conclusion Hospitals at all levels should pay attention to technology, equipment, service and price, take appropriate strategy combining with their actual condition to improve medical service quality and increase patients＇ medical compliance.
