The article introduces the story of the 2015 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Health Care Category Award Recipient, Charleston Area Medical Center Health System. Especially, its highlight include： System - Wide Commitment to Supe- rior Care; Compassion and Consideration for All, Strong Patient Focus from Satisfied Employees, Quality Service Supported by Fi- nancial Wellness, Strategic Planning ＋ Process Efficiency = Prescription for Success, A Heart as Big as the West Virginia Mountains.
